First, check that your plan allows for syncing using the Geoprocessing Tool. If it does and you are receiving this error, please contact the support team.
Second, if it does not and you still want to try the Geoprocessing Tool, add a feature trial to try that feature. Feature trials can be accessed through the "My Plans and Subscriptions" page. This will enable you to test the Geoprocessing tool in your enterprise environment to import and sync data to InfraMarker.
